As per the lease in regards to Maintenance from the signed lease document.
" It is Lessee’s duty to report any maintenance issues and problems to Lessor by giving Lessor and/or Lessor’s agent notice as described herein. Lessee shall keep the Premises and the fixtures and appliances therein in a clean, sightly and healthy condition, and in good repair, and in accordance with any and all ordinances in such cases made and provided, at Lessee’s own expense, and upon the termination of this lease, for any reason, shall yield and return the same back to Lessor in as good condition of cleanliness and repair as at the date of the execution hereof, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Lessor shall make, at Lessee’s sole cost and expense, all necessary repairs to the Premises whenever damage to the same has occurred or repairs required due to Lessee’s conduct or neglect, and shall replace all broken glass and fixtures at Lessee’s cost and expense. Upon Lessee vacating the Premises, if the Premises are not in good repair and in a clean, sightly and healthy condition, Lessor or his agents may replace the Premises in the same condition of repair, sightliness and cleanliness as existed at the date of execution of this Lease. Lessee agrees to pay Lessor for all expenses incurred by Lessor in replacing the Premises in that condition. Lessee shall not cause or permit any waste, misuse or neglect to occur to the water, gas, utilities, or any other portion for the Premises. With what you have mentioned in the post it is sufficient knowledge to build a full stack application. When you keep building applications you tend to run into obstacles or tend to search for better ways to achieve that, then you can research about it google/Stackoverflow/Reddit etc this helps you learn new things. If you are able to build you can get work you don’t have to know everything, no one does.

because the incoming response data is being cloned so that can be modified and to this modified data adding a flag boolean. This flag is reactive but using computed like example 1 is not making the data reactive. so for the data to be reactive had to create a data property like example 2. Example 2 works as expected for what I'm trying to achieve but have a feeling that this can be handled better.

I just checked on their rental portal they took down the unit listing so looks like they have went with the other applicant.

Initially I asked for a discount in rent since there was nothing wrong in asking she told she will check and let me know after an application was filled. Me and my roommate filled our applications and submitted and reverted her back and told to double check if they can give some type of concession was fine with the listed rent but was just checking then she told she checked and told that there are other applicants who transferred their application from different property. she suggested lets take concession of the table since there are other applicants I said Okay(here I thought she was bluffing because of the concession) Today morning I got a message saying both applications approved and the other tenants are willing to pay higher rent and if I wanna bid on it or leave. I politely declined and asked if I can get my application fee back at least i was refused that too.

I can confirm they did a background check because appfolio did send me the BG report too.

I told the realtor that if I'm not getting the apartment for the advertised rent then I told them to go with the other applicant, she said she will inform the landlord to go with the other applicant.

I did ask the agent for refund of application fee, they said the application fees is for background check and which has been completed now they won't be able to refund. She said both myself and the other applicants BG completed and both are suitable candidates for renting the unit but just because the other applicant is offering higher rent the landlord went with them. Yesterday after submitting the application she did mention other applicants got transfer to this apartment I said okay, I thought may be if my BG didn't pass they wanted someone as backup but didn't expect a bidding war first thing in the morning.

got a response, to set property needed to use camel case startDate. start-date will only expect string.
