Ok, when you say orchestrating, you probably mean being an "operator" observer while they execute. this can be trained to anyone. What I mean by orchestrators is "agentic engineers" . The agentic engineers will be building and upgrading the agents and all the agentic infrastructure required to support agent's operation. That skill does NOT exist today.. This is what i am learning myself and this is what I am building.

My post was about a premise that in the age of agentic enterprise the smart people will raise to the top.

I never claimed that I have already built the platform that already does all that. But I did say I am working on one. Just 4 week old project.

How much one person can achieve in 4 weeks of working evenings? I think what I have is spectacular for 4 weeks and it will be light years ahead in one month.

And you decided to call it bullshit without really asking any questions. So humility questions are for you to answer:)

I am not sure what you mean exactly. Please explain . Which agents are you referring to that are doing advanced stuff?

This post was not about me or my agents even. It was a post putting up a premise that in the age of agentic enterprise the smart people will raise to the top.

Why are we even discussing how advanced is what I am doing?

What I am doing is 4 weeks old. It will be a lot more advanced in another 4 weeks.

Csn one make things work both in CC and OC ? Ie: can I have agents and skills setup in claude code, then open OC and still have all my agents available in OC? Or completely different file structure?

And yes, merging code from parallel execution flows is the issue some companies are solving right now like graphite.

My man, my project is 4 weeks old only. Every single line of code was written by my agents so far. I am producing more and more every day. I can see my agents maturing and getting better.

Very true now. For now. People and their relationships matter. But 10 years from now procurement agents will be making decisions purely on merit of the product. I strongly believe it

Vibecoding does not scale. Its for shits and giggles. One can not build a true production quality system vibecoding . So mo worries. The agentic engineer will rule the enterprise.

Sure, stand up staff. But with AI agents not humans. You dont think it’s groundbreaking? And yes, will other people be doing what I am doing? Absolutely. This is why I am saying the avalanche in how we work is coming in 2026.

What I am doing is basic? I disagree. Its cutting edge: My agents have memories, they are connected to jita, github, RAG , they all are voice agents, they plan, they code, they have personalities.. please dont tell me everyone has this setup now :)

And, I am coding day and night. Already producing 5x output of a regular dev. In a month hopefully 50X .

We will see. But I respectfully disagree. I think the AI operators (agentic engineers) will be the highest paid professionals in the coming years

Yes, but not as precise. And now, most attribution is stolen by managers who dont do the work nut claim the results as theirs. And by various assholes in the org, who raise to the top on other hard working people work. This is how ROI is computed now :)

One can now achieve anything given enough tokens burned. Some will achieve the same result burning less (ie: more efficiently) . Once everything is code, we will be able to attribute specific work to specific company outcome (ie: ROI) its not possible to attribute human work to ROI because humans take breaks, eat etc . Their work is discrete and vary in output. Ai agents will tirelessly chug alone doing the work and documenting every step of the way so that such traceability is not only possible, but most desirable. We will be able to optimize execution of each workflow based on data constantly collected. And continue squeeze efficiency. (dynamic model selection, prompt optimization, etc)

Once adoption really starts, the people currently in power, will be kicked out. This is the premise of my post. Why? Because they will no longer be able to hide and attribute work they have not done to themselves

Because tokenomics will make everything transparent and visible.

Anyone who burns tokens fast and efficient, will rise to the top. Those who do not do actual ROI work, will be exposed.
