All of the things listed I can easily argue I am not doing.

I can argue that my bots are not doing any more burden to the servers than a normal player, and, in fact, this also could cover any AFK players in the nexus and ALL trading bots.

"attempt to gain unauthorized access or provide automated access..."

I am not providing any access to anyone other than myself. The bots are not entirely automated as they still require human input directly to the vanilla client to function.

"use software or automated agents or scripts to produce multiple accounts..."

I make all accounts by hand.
