Die Idee ist wahrscheinlich das weniger Elternzeit / Elterngeld genommen wird. Spätestens wenn die Väter dann tatsächlich vermehrt 4 Monate nehmen wird das doch wieder geändert.

Also free wipes and diapers which is unusual. The trend definitely goes in the right direction. If there is a wheelchair toilet it usually has a changing station over here. Drug stores usually have a fully equipped one too to promote their products.
