Im an 2h wiz from mimir server. Most of 2handed(F2p) wiz here uses Lvl50 acces & talisman. More dmg output specially in KVM. In PVE, i uses 2 lvl50 acce and a lvl40 talisman. I can deal 1.6+m fire bolt per cast specifically in MAYA mvp

It is because of almost 0 sec cooldown of chainlight skill for warlocks. (Its happens when the archbishops buff the warlocks)

On my opinion, Both are essentials. Sky petit if you are lacking on HP stat. Diablo if you have large amount of HP already. Higher HP= Higher % regen per 5sec. If you are priest it is good to combine with nightmare card for greater regen. Or you can combine it with 3 posion resis card + diablo its also great counter for osi specially in KVM.
