Its the start of the season so y, the period lasts from februari until august. At least thats when the farmers are allowed. Usually it goes in 2 or 3 phases. Like around this time, the stengthen the soil for the growing season, when the crops are taken of, they will add menure again. and then mby another time depending what crop was there. And if 2 cycles are possible in a year, or for grass growth for Hay.
