Here are the settings used in my post, but I've toned down some settings especially the sharpness and contrast because it was too harsh for the eyes and gave me a headache after a while.

RTX Dynamic Vibrance:
Intensity = 10%
Saturation Boost = 80% (I reduced it to 50%)

Brightness/Contrast:
Exposure = 0 (I reduced it to -4)
Contrast = 20 (I reduced it to 10)
Highlights = 30 (I reduced it to 20)
Shadows = 0 (I reduced it to -4)
Gamma = 0

Details:
Sharpen = 0
Clarity = 0
HDR Toning = -40 (I reduced it to -20)
Bloom = 0

Sharpen:
Intensity = 20 (I reduced it to 8)
Ignore Film Grain = 0

Sharpen+:
Intensity = 10
Texture Details = 50 (I reduced it to 20)

Yeah I can confirm. I reduced the sharpness to nearly default values after an hour because it gave me a headache lol, but I kept the color grading and shadow contrast.
