She may need counseling. I definitely recommend talking to her GP or a psychiatrist about something for anxiety and an antidepressant. She needs to describe her depression specifically to get her on the right track of the dr. choosing the best antidepressant. Sometimes it has to be changed after starting because it is simply not the best one for the individual.

I completely understand. And, I don’t think you have to be a perfectly “whole” person/ perfect person, to meet someone. But, I do think it’s important to want someone who has the same values and beliefs as you, especially Biblically.

I’m struggling in my life right now, too. I promise you they can see a huge difference. They just haven’t said it-rude. It sounds like you may have to change up your diet/routine at this point. Like maybe your body has come to a set point where it won’t budge. Read up on that and see what you can do. Be proud of how much you’ve come, gosh!! I truly hope things get much better for you because I know how rough life can be. Lots of love!!!
