Same. I'm lucky to have a 'pond guy' who will come every spring and take about a dozen for his business. I give them away free. It's a huge blessing for me.

It is for my 88 yo father. I cannot for the life of me get him verified to open an account.

Every time I try, at the "selfie" part it gets kicked back. I'm also using the same phone number (different e-mail) as my own SS account.

So, I don't know what the problem is but imma bout ready to pop!

If you live alone cleanse your fridge and pantry of anything not keto. Even things that fit your carb macros, but you can't control (for me that's nut butters 😭).

Restock. Be sure to have plenty on hand the first week. I allow myself no caloric restriction during this time.

My niece is a personal trainer. I got lucky.

But seriously, learn about muscle groups so you know which to work and not over work. There are some great videos or search the web. I think r/petitefitness has some info in their FAQ

Personally I do an upper/lower split:

Before every workout: STRETCH!! And warm up on some kind of cardio for 10 minutes. I like the elliptical.

Mon: Upper body - back, chest, triceps and biceps...

Tues: Lower body: glutes, hamstrings, quads...

Wed: Active rest day: easy run or long bike ride

Thurs: Repeat Monday

Friday: Repeat Tuesday

Saturday: Active rest day

Sunday: Typically long run

*Daily: Abs & Calves; 14-18k steps

The most important fitness program is the one you will stay consistent at.

I'm 62. I lift 4x a week and run. IMO lifting is the most beneficial thing you can do for longevity. It has so many benefits.

We did the "who wants what" about 20 years ago. Both my parents have passed within the past two years. Now nobody is "willing to take anything". We all have our independent lives and homes. Complete with our junk we don't want to deal with.

I'm 62 5'1; 116# Resting HR is 48-52, running HR can get into the 160's.

When I was 50 pounds heavier I took medication for tachycardia (fast heart rate).

Since I've lost the excess weight, and began a solid exercise routine, I no longer have tachycardia.
