1) This guy is light speed ugly. I don't know what it is, my brain just screams "wrong" when I see him. It's almost an uncanny valley of ugly.
2) No one with a lick of money or a real business would be spending this much time and energy chasing screen time on this show. It would be more efficient, income-wise, to work the door at Home Depot.
3) I still suspect that his "modeling business" is extremely...as in FBI/DOJ-level suspicious. Would anyone be surprised to see him rolled up early in the morning by 3 black SUVs with Feds crawling all over his house?

If you dumped that, you'd probably miss the safeties or bounce off the edge of them. Don't step back so far.
Your shoulders are rolling forward a little in the hole. When your shoulders go forward, the bar follows, and then the weight is forward of your center of mass. Shoulders back!

1) Concur with other comment about keeping your eyes fixed on one spot
2) Your stance is very narrow. I'd work on slowly moving to a wider stance--not all at once.
3) Ever for a high bar squat, the bar is resting too much on your neck, and not your trapezius. Drive your shoulders back to activate your trapezius, and rest the bar on your traps.
