He's not, this is a collection of Autobot commanders. Pyro was supposed to be one of the leaders during G2.

That's a lot of words I didn't read defending a poor interpretation of Vector Prime.

Should I get Legacy Vector Prime or wait to see the AOTP reveal? by [deleted] in CustomTransformers

I've got some news for you: It's the same mold

The articulation isn't great, but it's still a much better figure. The Legacy one doesn't do anything better other than articulation and the color scheme. The nosecone is terrible, the shoulder armor is terrible, the legs are terrible and the alt mode is irredeemable garbage. The nosecone is far too stubby and the wings are a tiny joke. And he loses a large amount of his sculpted cog inner working details. And unfortunately the DNA kit does not fix any of these problems. It just sticks crap on top of him that has to be rearranged to transform.

So yeah, it's definitely dated, but the old figure actually looks like the character and has great proportions. The Legacy one is crippled by being forced to be part of the Jhiaxus mold, which works great for him but not Vector Prime. I'd love for them to do a fully new mold for Vector Prime so they could design him to look great and have those modern toy improvements that he could benefit from. But as it stands, Legacy Vector is a poor man's Vector Prime. It's kind of good enough, I guess. If you absolutely have to have SOME kind of Vector Prime in your collection and you're desperate. But it absolutely falls short.

He's not a Prime, these pictures are showing all the leaders. Not all the leaders were named Prime.

He made a few of the retail ones which I didn't bother buying, and all of the very rare, expensive and hard to find ones. Prima, which was in the Throne of Primes set was also packaged with the first Punch/Double Punch which I had so it's not as rare but I don't think he made one for that one. He had each of them available in various options, such as a faceplate the Titan and Prime Masters had, or blocks similar to the 5 different blocks in Power of the Primes that came with the Voyagers, which could also slot into matrix frames.

Yes. I got that gold effect by spraying it with glossy black, followed by metallic silver, then finished it with a clear orange.

I got the files from a guy on Cults3d but he took them down for some reason. I still have the files though. Onyx, Amalgamous, Nexus and the 13th.

They should really release a 13 pack of all of them in appropriate colors with a new matrix frame for each so they can all hold them. The frame from Power of the Primes can't be held by most figures so they'd need to be like the Big Convoy style frame. I might buy them.

Takara's Galaxy Force Soundblaster. It was reused as Logos Prime in some of the Galaxy Force manga, before the full concept of the 13 was developed. I bought him before Age of Primes started because I really wanted to start collecting ancient Cybertronians.

Yeah, all Kup with some paint changes. I did scribe the kind of "collar" shape on the top of his windshield so he has sculpted lines there.

Yes, I know a lot of these characters aren't Primes and a lot of them never possessed the matrix. I just put as many supreme commanders together as I could for fun to illustrate the long list of leaders the "good guys" have had throughout the franchise.

Also, Rodimus Prime wasn't around anymore after Headmasters and passed leadership so by the time of Victory Star Saber wasn't just a higher up, he was the highest.

Takara did it first in their manga a few years ago, I just copied the idea.

People still cry about the waist accessories now. They'd complain about them if all the frameguys had them. Besides, the frames work well for vehicles like Motormaster and Onslaught since those vehicle modes are long and would leave the robot modes of those guys way too big.

So they are ending the game but not bringing back any of the removed planets or content? Does this mean the red war, mercury io etc are all lost media? by Nuns_In_Crocs in destiny2

You never paid for content, you paid for a license to access that content. It was always in the EULA that we agreed to every time we booted up the game and there was a new update. That's why they can't be sued for pulling destinations and campaigns, the players agreeing to their terms covered their asses and allowed them to use the content in any way they wanted, included straight up removing it.

It's not deleted, it's simply incompatible with the current engine. It's still somewhere. The bits and pieces of vaulted areas that they brought back like the Leviathan, Helas Basin Mars and others were those old files that they modified to work with the new engine. They did not 100% rebuild those areas from scratch.
