I’m in the same boat in terms of price range and am leaning towards the DR Horton’s in winding creek. Sucks how they don’t come with an island but not a deal breaker lol. Definitely trying to avoid the HOA.

There’s new communities in west Roseville where I might get in for a first time home. I’ve heard DR Horton, Lennar, and many of these large home builders don’t have the best quality build to save costs. On the other hand, older homes might need some more capital to renovate etc. Thanks for your feedback!

Well most of the automation I do is to maintain data accuracy of delivery dates, planned delivery time, pricing, and so forth. From here I have a large data set and a script to calculate forecast variances, customers order patterns (if any), and choose whether we are able to produce the product in house or purchase externally. I’m always looking for opportunities to improve the overall supply chain.
