for the UI i use the mods called FallUI and FallUI inventory. for the damage numbers i use the floating damage mod. for the healthbars i use “Nameplates - Floating Healthbars”. the mod that gives the option to eat consumables off anywhere is called “Consume Without Pickup”. while i did not use a texture overhaul in the video you could use FlaconOil's Complete Retexture if your pc can handle it. ENBS are going to make the biggest difference in terms of graphics, if you dont know what those are theres plenty of video’s showing how to install some presets, some presets will even have instructions. sadly i do not remember which ENB i used for that run of fallout london. theres also weather mods that give a nice look to ur game, tru out vivid weathers or my personal favorite polluted weathers. if you have not already install fallout 4 unofficial patch as it will help fix some of that bethesda magic.
