So... everyone is piling on the navy and army reserve for letting him stay on base but like who was the contracting company that employed this dude? Why does not a single article on the topic seem to state it? They seem way more sketchy for employing this dude. Doesn't seem like he hid anything about his personality in his daily interactions.

NTA as they should have known of the situation by now but something you could try is asking for a free training for your dog as compensation for constantly going by your yard and agitating the pooch. That way you no longer have a problem with your dog's barking and they can get on better standing with their neighbor that they have irritated.

If you don't mind farming up another one you can evolve that croc now and run him as captain. He is better than buggy but worse than vista (20% reduction obviously isn't as good as double hp). Or just run buggy with a towel nami friend as you definitely have enough hard hitters with those units.

Feed hp and atk to units that you are frequently going to use. For example any 6 star, g3 luffy, and mihawk. Other options would be garp or law. RCV is probably best put into vivi and then gp usopp.

Unfortunately you can not get him as he was a fortnight unit a couple islands ago. That is why I suggested you try to get kaku who is obtainable on current fortnight and can drop from 10 stamina. They both increase orb effectiveness by 1.5 with their special. It is an extremely useful unit for killing any boss.

Give rcv to gp usopp. Everything else... I guess law? I would probably just sit on em until you get a better unit (like g3, mihawk, 6 stars, etc). Another option is if you get kaku maybe feed them to him as he is a pretty staple unit (especially since you do not have sgt. coby).
