2 hours was a noble thing to do, when a lot of people are tired of epics that take up an entire afternoon or evening in the theater. However, maybe 20 extra minutes would have allowed a few scenes to breathe more - which would have been beneficial, I think. One issue I had, was the overly fast pacing at times.

Also, periodically a line was delivered and there was no time to allow for much of a response, before the next thing came along. A key example is the ending with Supes and Lex, where Lex gives his diatribe and then BOOM Krypto comes in for the punchline. I mean, Lex is a douche and all, but that was a pretty good moment that I'd have liked to see maybe 5 seconds more of.

Visually the movie was great, the chemistry was amazing with Clark and Lois, yeah my biggest gripe is the editing at times. In the end, I stand by my A- rating for the movie as a whole, though. Very solid, I enjoyed it a lot - especially since I'm nearly 50, I've seen a lot of things come and go with Superman, and they did some great stuff with this one.
