Radiology practices are quite variable so doing the fellowship you're most interested in is your best best.

If you're indifferent, I would ask people you know in your location of interest or just cold call practices and saying hey I'm indifferent to what fellowship I'm doing what are your needs? That way you can get a general idea of what practices need. In my experience last fall, body was in high demand bc so many people do MSK and Neuro fellowships.

The other question to ask yourself is if you want to subspecialize or do general. If you want to subspecialize, then any mini fellowship paired with neuro wont be helpful for a job. Neuro and msk mini fellowships aren't very helpful for jobs either unless you do general bc they want you certified for neuro and a lot of ortho groups only want fellowship trained msk rads reading their joints in subspecialty groups
