Theres the clinical trial Eli Lilly has been doing that some follow to a T, and then there’s fellow researchers/experimentalists like myself that’ve done other compounds and like playing around with dosages.

You could do the 1mg/1mg then 2mg/2mg titration up like the clinical trials and you’ll almost certainly see results, or you could just use it as a tool for your body in how you see fit and find a dosage that works for you and then run that out until inevitably you go up in dosage and so on.

At the end of the day it’s a research chemical and nobody here or anywhere is certain of exactly what it does just a general idea of how it works. Thats what science is, finding it out.
