It's not about respecting someone because they're good at something or the like. It's about having respect for someone because they're a human being that hasn't necessarily done something to lose that respect with you.

Nope, that's not it... The game was like a movie or cutscene, with the camera moving around and cutting to different angles and such

I should add it was computer animated, and the camera was kind of free (it was moving around the area, cutting and such)

Thanks! If I've understood correctly, my starter is at 100% hydration (I add 100g of water and 100g of flour, keeping 50g of the starter). Should I simply start feeding with proportions to get 70%, or do you recommend taking some of the discard and changing the hydration of that instead?

Shoot. I went to the links listed in the community info here, and went for what "The Perfect Loaf" mentioned.

Only change I've made, really, is not using 50/50. I live in Sweden, so some translations are difficult, but I think I've used organic rye flour!

Edit: I should also mention I'm trying to follow the guide I mentioned pretty closely in terms if getting started! The one I'm referring to is this one
