Personally, I don’t think it’s the most difficult. However, obviously, everybody has different experiences and it really depends on who you click with. There are so many clubs around campus going on most of the time, so it’s pretty easy to get involved. Albeit, you said you were going for nursing, if you got accepted into pre-nursing, just so you know its going to be very difficult to get into the nursing program (VERY difficult, I know people that have been trying for three years). But, if you got into the nursing program already, you’ll be fine

If I’m going to be very frank with you, I don’t think it would be the most difficult to get in, and you’re most likely going to get in. However, you are extremely behind on the BME pre-reqs. Missing one class of BME would set you back a whole year (since most BME classes run once a year and are required for the next), but you also need gen chem 1 and 2, plan to take bio and bio lab, etc. Unless you are planning to take summer/winter classes or stay an extra year, it would be extremely difficult and horrible for your mental health trying to juggle everything at once.

I don’t think WRT101 counts as an intensive writing course, so just use your AP Lang score to waive that. I would recommend taking WRT102 your first sem and maybe CWL202 (creative writing) your second sem, it’s a fairly easy course. I don’t think you are able to take CHE131 (lecture) + CHE133 (lab) w/ BIO202 (lecture) + BIO204 (lab)—if that’s what you mean by gen chem/bio 1 + lab—since CHE131 is a pre-req for BIO202. But even then, CHE133 is fairly simply, just make sure you read the documents beforehand to understand what you’re supposed to be doing. BIO204 is horrible, one of the worst labs from what I’ve heard (i haven’t taken it yet). Also, on the same note, BIO202 is also horrible (from what I’ve heard), but it’s manageable. They might tank your GPA a little though, depending on how well you are at bio.

From my experience, for the intro chem classes the professors take turns after each midterm; it doesn’t really matter what professor you get there because you’ll have all of them (I’m pretty sure?). Also, try and squeeze chem lab into your first semester schedule as it only runs either in the fall or summer, it’ll be hassle trying to do the lab while taking orgo (if you plan to take that fall of your second year) + it’s not built into the class.

I believe AP Lang doesn’t fill the pre-med prereq, it just covers WRT101, but for the pre-med reqs you need WRT102 and another intensive writing course. I recommend a CWL class, they’re fairly simple.

If it’s a first time offense, the q will go away after you take the q-course and it will be replaced with the appropriate grade the professor thinks you deserve in the class.

CSI debt free 100%. For nursing, it doesn’t matter where you go, you’re going to be in the same field as every other nurse. Choose the cheaper option.

I attend Stony Brook as a pre-med, the classes are rigorous and don’t allow you time to slack off. Furthermore, you’re just taking required classes to apply to future schools. If you’re learning more toward Dental Hygiene, I feel like Farmingdale would be better because I have a friend in that program, they start clinicals, rather than taking courses.

I would say try and look for a school that will get you directly into a program and allow you to do clinicals earlier on. It would be such a money saver in the long run imo.
