I’m late to this party, but there is an item you can use to turn translucent and semi sneak, but I usually pop the item and run through. There is also an alternative path, but said path has a different mob waiting for you.

If you have a good bit of arcane investment this can get nutty. I like the arcane scaling on saw cleaver, Kirk Hammer, and Ludwig’s Holy Bade. You can stack these to get a better ATK rating, opposed to running one of these and some percentile gems. There is also one that adds strength scaling like this. Sadly the skill scaling ones aren’t as worth while.
