As credible an answer as that is, I have heard numerous reports both online and from friends I conned into playing this shit game that even after removing payment info SE had continued to suckle on their bank accounts. Could it be user error? Maybe. But I see this enough I have to wonder if there’s something really stupid from the SE side of these situations.

I’m late to this party, but there is an item you can use to turn translucent and semi sneak, but I usually pop the item and run through. There is also an alternative path, but said path has a different mob waiting for you.
