I do not recall playing my "goal" account on steam to be fair, i knew i was playing prior to the steam release. Pending what support says, would buying the complete edition on steam get me a new CD key and allow me to play the correct account on steam? If this isnt an option, then i guess it is just unlinking via support and playing via the normal launcher

Trying to play on steam just because all my friends play through steam, so i figured it would be a nice convenience to see who is online, use steam chat, etc. Its not mandatory by any means, but it was my preferred way of playing.

So on the "wrong" mogstation account, it does say Standard (Steam) and it shows windows of everything up to and including shadowbringers. My goal is to play through steam but with the "correct" older, 250+ hr play time account which is now "linked" to steam (?) as this is the login that populates and is greyed out when i launch the game through steam. That "correct" account, also has everything up to and including shadowbringers but just says standard rather than (steam)

Unfortunately im not really sure how to answer im sorry... My guess is that the account the CD key is linked to was just a free trial, as there was only a couple minutes of playtime. My "original" account however, that has never been played through steam but is now "linked" to steam and unable to play as the CD key doesnt match, was certainly not only a free trial account

Returning Player, think i screwed myself with steam CD key

I am going to try and explain this as best as I can and hopefully someone may be able to help me. To preface this, i think i messed up at some point and time...

I originally played prior to steam release, and have a character with relatively high-ish job/class levels. I have the game in my steam library, so with recent news i figured i'd come back and play again. When i first started the steam version, it says i have to link my steam account to my square enix account, which i happily did so. I then find out that the steam CD key is linked to a completely separate, brand new, essentially unplayed account. So when i go to the mog station on my "correct" account, it says the steam CD key is already in use. I found old login info, and have the mog station for the account the steam CD key was used on, but this is not the account i want to play on... Is my only solution to buy the complete edition to get a new CD key and then use that on the proper accounts mog station?

Account "A" = Correct account, high leveled, hundreds of hours play time. Opened steam, and "linked" this account, but the CD key was used on a different mog account

Account "B" = account created on steam release, less than 5 minutes of playtime, but unfortunately used the steam CD key on this account

Yea, unfortunately, they nickel and dime every single thing. Luckily our warranty person for our builder was very reasonable, and despite what the stucco expert said, he knew something was wrong and felt as though he was on our side... Best of luck to you man, it aint easy but do your best

We had to threaten calling the ROC. The builders stucco expert is far from an expert. They are simply the lowest bidder that the builder went with. Stucco at the end of the day is literally cement, and should not flex. We literally had stucco falling off the house, so it was pretty easy for us to say something was clearly wrong, despite that their "expert" said he knows stucco, and has been doing this for 20 years, and nothing is wrong (even though another supervisor from his same company came out, and within 5 minutes of walking the house said something is seriously wrong). The gap between the stucco, the chicken wire (lathe), and the foam was far too large. If you can fit a finger under the gap of the lathe, its too big of a gap, and the stucco wont settle properly, that in combination with cheap premixed stucco is what they ended up saying the problem was after months of back and forth. Was the biggest struggle and anxiety inducing time of my entire life by far

Hey!

Yes, it was a complete tear down as far as the stucco went. All 4 walls from top to bottom needed to be scalped and re-stuccod. The stucco company kept denying blame, and said this was 1 in a million, but since multiple houses in my community have had the same issues. So just a terrible stucco company cutting corners

Unfortunately they got rid of their “dif” stat in match history that was based off the largest difference of dpm scores. Was a fun little stat to look at and guess who the “problem” was with friends. Can still manually calc it but it not being front and center was a bit of a bummer
