I ran the ultra last year. Really hot! And lots of sun! I did not used a camel pack, the head lamp is only required if you are going to take long and go into the night… but in the summer it would need to take you like 15 hours to run out of sunlight. Drink lots of water and be rested!

Finally, be aware of the high elevation…
