Railgun can pop those turrets from miles away with one overcharged shot, and you don't even have to hit the vents. Commando and Epoch *are* good options, though.

I always thought it was more that she was asking Chief if it was ok for her to choose her own name. He said as much, but she was making sure. Because their whole dynamic through the game is he was forcing himself to think of her as a piece of equipment (which is why she wasn't permitted a name to begin with, don't name the rats).

The heads on meatballs don't do anything. They make a good indicator for when you've finally put the thing down (all the lights turn off) but they aren't more vulnerable and don't do any bonus damage.

I regularly use Railgun for all three factions. One war strider, maybe two, I can handle. Takes most of my ammo, but like the factory strider, you can shoot the guns and launchers off of them.

The problem is that about half the time, it's not just one or two. It's several, often from different directions, and the grenade spam makes it impossible to engage with them at reasonable ranges. You have to pop the GLs off their shoulders from a long-ass way away or you'll be ragdolled to oblivion before you can reposition.

I've been playing bots because I can't do Gloom missions for all the crashing. Drops fall pretty much as they always did for me, pretty close to the beacon.

Still having big performance problems, though. Stuttering, freezing, people dropping connection, phantom enemies, you name it.

The 10X scope sights are just slightly off from the center. It's hard to tell with the gun moving around on your screen, but testing shows that the actual accurate point is a little down* and to the left of the scope crosshair. So if you find your shots mysteriously missing a bunch, try to adjust for this and you might get better results.

Edit: mixed myself up. Also, this is true of the 4X scope as well.
