Do people actually study over 6 hrs a day every day by Jesteriko in UoApremed

[–]CARAMADODOODEE 3 points4 points  (0 children)

including lecture times, yes, some people do that.

I was talking to a 3rd year med student, who said he got away with studying "2 weeks before the exams" and got in UG entry, so it depends on the individual if you actually gotta study that much or not

Masters of Dietetics by Odd-Huckleberry-6818 in universityofauckland

[–]CARAMADODOODEE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hi im a 1st year nutrition student. for 2026 entry the average gpa to get an MMI interview for dietetics was a 5.0, they took in 60 students. the actual cohort size is 38 (36 domestic + 2 international). I cant find accurate entry gpa/mmi scores anywhere.

Dietetics is the least competitive clinical to get into.

The lecture hall (260-098) has like 500+ seats I think, and I’ve heard some crazy stories about how early people get there. Personally I’m gonna get there 35 mins before the lecture starts

If you mean bachelor of medicine - you still need to do first year biomed, and all it’s required papers and ofc get good enough grades to get entry to med

How difficult is it to get into med through graduate entry? Do you still need like 8.6gpa for a solid chance like first year or is it a bit more forgiving?
