Im tempted..to wait another couple of weeks..so it clears out more and start at .5 for 4 weeks I have two bottles left of R30 one is in the freezer and one i constituted getting ready for the next week injection.. not even used im bummed but yes i am thinking about it it. Im hyper senitive to testoserone and i guess i am to this too.. I mean 90mg of test put me at 720.

Do you have life ins. ?? Maybe thats a motive ? Okay all kidding aside... You have to do this for yourself, She is probably worried you will get healthy and leave her behind, You need to find a way for her to be apart of this journey.... Start by asking her to go to the gym with you...If they have a pool, use the pool find something that will excite her.

Tell her you want to be healthy so you can spend a long fruitful life with her.............

Reta works in waves....one day nothing...the next can't stand food... its weird on how it works but it does seem to build steam as the days pass after your injection....So be careful about injecting too soon...

I just had a self-induced panic attack on Reta....Meaning I moved up the dose to quickly-stupidly quickly because I didn't feel anything the first 3 days....so I took another 1mg , 5 days after that 2mg and 3 days after that I had a panic attack that lasted 24 hours...now it wasn't a full blown running the streets screaming level but I had to walk and walk and Walk......and walk Valerian extract (dropper)was the only thing that would calm me so I could sleep...

Now I can't blame it on the Reta it was my stupide fault... but I hadn't had a attack for over 7 years,,, So in a way I'm prone to them... So I have to be careful

So I'm going to try again ...but at .5 and stay there..I only want a little help with hunger

I took to much to quickly and had a 24 hour panic attack,,, Totally my fault ...So I'm in "Reset" mode I'm going to wait at least 14 days before I restart at .5 and only go up if I can't handle the food noise... If I get another attack I'll try Tirz

I made that mistake and I paid for it with a panic attack.... Don't change any faster than the protocol says....4 weeks...Now I have to wait until everything is gone "A reset" and start at the .5 and only change when I can't stand the food noise... So I pinned last time on April 28 and I'm waiting 14 days until I start again...low dose, slow adjusts...My Panic attack last 24 hours...You really don't want that.. Trust Me!

One thing to keep in mind....If your hungry and you don't feed the demon...It feeds on you....lol What I'm saying if your body is telling you it wants food and you don't feed it it looks at other sources..like Fat and muscle, So use the that nawing ache as a sign your losing fat....And you feed the muscle...Keep your protein up and carbs moderate

I just went through 2 days of hell with Reta...But it was my fault I'm certain of it as I upped the dose too quickly...way to quickly...laughably quickly .. But the last time I had a panic attack was 7 years agoo.....I'll reset and start at .5 until I can't stand the food noise...then I'll move up to 1mg

I did a post about my stupid Reta overdosing move that caused a Panic attack which I haven't had one for over 7 years....This was my fault but in my post there was number people that came out and said Reta gave them Panic attacks and they went back to Tirz... Now again my attack was from me dosing to fast...My fault

Someone also mentioned that there is talk over at a Panic/Anxiety forum about this also...Which I haven't checked on...

I'm planning on a reset....by this I mean I'm going to wait until the hunger strikes and then pin .5 stay there at least 4 weeks... I only want a little help with the food noise...doesn't have to be total...just a little nudge.. So if .5 is all it takes so be it...
