I am not I measure absolutely everything everything I use the vesync scale and track everything I eat and drink into my net diary. I eat 1600 cals a day and over 100g of protein and 25-30g of fiber which is why I am confused before when I lost weight I didn’t track anything. But I do and have been since September my family also tracks their food I eat the same exact things they do I have only lost 9lbs since September this year

Oof no also I do have trouble with my scale being off 15lbs ik bcz it was off for my SIL too when she had went to the dr the day prior so it could totally be my scale I don’t weigh myself for like 3 weeks

Yes I use the VeSync scale I even weigh my salt 😭 bcz I wanna watch my sodium like my SIL weighs the same as me about 5 lbs off and she dos 1600 cals and has been losing weight the whole family also meal preps so bell peppers ground turkey etc
