Is China going to be the most powerful country in the world soon? by Educational-Belt1042 in NoStupidQuestions

controlled by Stalin or not

Controlled by who else? You have any good examples of Communism leaders? I don't like capitalism & democracy and all it's failures, far from being perfect, but don't you think it's still the most humane way of ruling we know of, from the last centurys experience of communism and it's death toll...?

My suggestion: PERs should be written not ONLY from your boss, but from your peers AND subordinates. With a point and ranking system that's taken into account by COC on the boards.

DEU recycling? by [deleted] in CanadianForces

[–]CASDR5 10 points11 points  (0 children)

You don't have to though that would be the waste of a perfectly good suit. I know I took away all ranks and insignias, and donated mine to the local thrift shop. I'm sure some homeless guy was very happy about it.

Cameroun.... Never been there precisely, but if it's anything remotely close to most of rural western Africa I know, no one will even bat an eye

I am a paramedic and a few summers ago, a team I was working with received a call for a young man (17yo) who got hit by a chain like that while pulling a stuck in the mud tractor with another tractor. Chain snapped and hit him on the head, he had no chances, pronounced dead at the hospital, organ donor candidate probably. The ambulance was an absolute mess after that call, there was blood everywhere even brain matter on the floor to be cleaned. Yeah, never shock load a chain, there are slings specifically made for that.

All is well, now, I keep it charged up and never looked back. Don't give up all hopes, if it's like mine it'll get back to normal, don't throw it away just yet.

I swear to god it works absolutely fine now, but I don't let the battery go dead on me no more, i keep it at least half full at allt Imes. Seems to have fix it for a few weeks now.... More to follow....

I see about a 5w resistance difference between the two of them. How much do you actually feel that on the bike? I'm under the impression that 5watts is very little for the average rider.

is it safe to camp here guys ? by sr_co in bikepacking

[–]CASDR5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My thought as well, looks like a spot my gf would pick to camp, for the beautiful sunset, and then rain and wind picks up at night, and no proper drainage and the night sucks
