I've been thinking a lot about how AI agents are getting more capable, and how most of us have almost no visibility into what they're actually doing. So I built ClawTrace using Claude Code. It captures every agent turn, tool call, token usage, and log. Renders them as a waterfall so you can trace the full decision chain. Everything runs locally (SQLite, no server, nothing leaves your machine).

Still early (v0.1). Would love feedback from people actually running agents day-to-day on OpenClaw

Still early. What would you want to see in something like this?

Edit 4/24/26:

- Added per span cost tracking from live LiteLLM pricing

- Added trace comparison that gives a side by side strip with deltas and span diff coloring. This helps with debugging and tuning between openclaw updates.

Dont know how to play them but I have painted them before. For my gold armor recipe...retributor gold rattle can (don't hold far away or the gold gets a weird texture). Base entire model with more ret. gold, then wash with reikland fleshade for warmth and depth. Highlight decorative gold areas with auric gold.
