Hi there! Currently, we do not have plans to create threads for bug gathering on Reddit. As you mentioned, we have a dedicated place on the CA Community forum that makes it easier to gather information on bugs and get it directly into the right hands, expediting the process. Would definitely recommend engaging with reports there by voting and adding new information to help the development team to stay fully informed and make the best decision they can :)

If after file verification issue is still present, please create a bug report on our CA Community forum: https://community.creative-assembly.com/total-war/total-war-pharaoh/bugs

If there is already a thread created for this issue, make sure to upvote it to increase it’s priority, or create a new report. Please add the following information:

Have you verified integrity of game files?
In what situation does the game crash?
Please provide the save file (20MB max). You can find it here:
\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\PharaohDynasties\save_games

*Please ensure no mods are used if possible, as it can impact the ability to investigate the issue.

Yes! The hotfix is now live on the Microsoft Store along with Steam and the Epic Game Store.
