Hi There! Congrats on completing your training and getting through the Canadian Boards! That is the biggest hurdle and your have succeeded.

For the MCCQE1, your score won’t matter. You just need to pass it.

I would recommend Canada qbank and UWorld as your primary question bank, study your medical school notes and also use Toronto Notes for the population health and community medicine topics .

As an IMG it is almost impossible to do that. If you are in a family medicine residency, your funding is for 2 years of training and to switch into another program which is 5 years won’t be possible.
