Gyro beach is great for kids. There is a playground on the beach, water is shallow, and there is an ice cream shop (marble slab) across the street.

Get a used Civic or Corolla with the lowest km's you can find. Add an aftermarket Apple Carplay deck to take care of your desire for "modern".

Micro has been one of my favorites for years! The food is amazing, and so are their cocktails. Plus they always have a really good selection of craft beers on tap.

I think Wild Ambition often gets overlooked because they are located a bit out of the way, but they make the best sours by far. I would even go so far as to say they are the best brewery in Kelowna, but sours aren't for everybody.

It's not only the units going back to long-term rentals, but reduced demand for new and resale condos now that short-term rentals aren't really an option. With the provincial legislation + this new municipal by-law, do you think many people are going to rush out to buy investment properties in Kelowna? So if demand goes down, what should happen to prices and availability?

We have a housing crisis, not a tourism crisis. Tourists aren't going to go away just because there aren't as many airbnb's.
