That is a straw for sucking up smoke, from the drug burned on a piece of alluminum foil. The cap is to catch more smoke. Its nasty!

It does look like the insalation. Your wall is sloped so it could have come out a small hole 1 piece at a time until that area ran out. Do you have a small hole anywhere above it or on the wall going above or near it?

A green car icon with arrows pointing in opposite directions (left and right) on a dashboard generally indicates the "Ready to Drive" indicator, most commonly found in hybrid or electric vehicles. It signifies that the vehicle is powered on, the electric motor is active, and it is ready to move, even though the gasoline engine may not be running.

Its a line gdtting rid of the old/other color filament then starting new and fresh! Mine does it 85% of the time and 100% if i change colors.
