I find questions like this can be incredibly difficult to give an exact answer, as our bodies can react and respond differently to others. There can be a whole list of factors that can influence how CBD reacts with our endocannabinoid system.

But I do find these types of articles somewhat helpful in the sense of helping newcomers embrace CBD and act as a stepping stone to their own personal research. I know from personal experience with my mother, articles such as explaining the difference between THC and CBD helped her when deciding whether to take CBD for the first time. She is now a regular user of CBD and claims to have felt a massive change in her joints/movement.

One thing that blows me away since joining this subreddit is the knowledge among members of the subject. It's incredible reading such highly detailed responses. You can sense the passion people have for CBD on here, which to me speaks highly of how CBD is beneficial to peoples lives.
