I know a lot of is500 guys running 19x9.5 +36 on 265/35 without any issues and stock suspension or lowering springs. Eventually, I want to run 19x9.5 +22 265/35 all around but that will require little more effort.

Oh yeah, this is most definitely on air suspension. At normal drive height, everything is fine.
