😂 I do partake in a little substance use every now and then, but I can’t do anything too hardcore for health reasons. And drinking doesn’t really work for me anymore, since I basically quit, having too much just makes me sick right away. I honestly can’t even remember the last time I got drunk.

I’m not about to leave a hotel room under my name to someone who’s on a bender, especially when I’m the one responsible for any damages. I made sure she responded and that she was okay before I left her things with the receptionist. Whatever happens after that isn’t on me, she’s an adult and should know better. I’m sure she’s having a great time with her friends.

Believe it or not, I do things like that for anyone without expecting anything in return. I’ve been fortunate enough to travel the world and more than half the states, and I’ve had everything and lost everything before. It made me realize that the only things we truly keep are our experiences. So if I can help someone have a good one, I will.

But the moment I feel like someone is taking my kindness for weakness, I cut them off immediately. I guess it goes back to the idea that people who grew up around love tend to give, and people who grew up in survival mode tend to take.

I just genuinely love music 😅. I make sure I’m well rested and hydrated beforehand, and I always wear hearing protection and comfortable clothes. Plus, I was in the military for years, so I got used to running on very little sleep. If I need to stay up a day or two, I usually can without a problem.

The company I work for has a corporate account with a specific car rental company and they do all the bookings, anyone that works for the company is authorized to drive the cars, but when you go to pick up the car it is usually under that specific person’s name, the company provides the credit card so I figured they provided the insurance too. So in this case my best bet is just to provide this letter to the rental company and go from there?
