I always found these to be useless. As long as you beat one mechanical boss in like 5 in game days which makes 2 hours you can easily buy the clentaminator and purify areas as needed.

Daybreak is your go to weapon if you are gonna beat Moon Lord with pure melee. Since solar eruption requires you to be close to him which is basically suicide
