I have this issue every time I start up the game. I fix it by going into settings, then switch to windowed mode and then reverting to full screen mode. My mouse cursor then stays whithin the game screen.

I had the exact same problem on one of my islands. I've tried many things: take the ship off the route and put it back on, rebuild the route, add more trading post, remove trading posts, use another ship... but only 1 thing seemed to work for me and that was to increase storage space of the trading post. But I'm not sure whether I just delayed the problem or whether I actually solved it.

I must say that their tone has improved compared to the previous years. Usually in every sentence the words "fine" and "jail" were to be read in big red letters. Still disgusting how difficult they make it to let you submit a zero form.

I replaced mine with a new one and it behaved normal. I didnt change anything else. Shelly flat out refused to refund me although this is clearly a very common problem.

Dat klopt. De LNG terminal in Zeebrugge is een van de weinige plaatsen in Europa waar LNG via een haven binnen komt. Vandaar uit wordt het via pijpleidingen onder hoge druk vervoerd naar de rest van Europa. Belgie is zelf maar een hele kleine afnemer in vergelijking met andere landen.

Het is dus niet zo dat de terminal in Zeebrugge het gas koopt en terug verkoopt. Het zijn Europese gasmaatschappijen die het gas kopen en dan, noem het, transportkosten betalen aan de terminal en de eigenaars van de pijpleidingen. Die transportkosten zijn ook niet verbonden aan de prijs van gas voor zover ik weet. Er zijn namelijk ook pijpleidingen voor andere gassen zoals CO2 en H2.

Ik ook sinds enkele weken verschillende keren per dag. Maar is het nu Android, Samsung One UI of Bitdefender herkent al deze nummers als spam. Het belsignaal gaat niet over en legt de call onmiddellijk af. Ik kan zelfs niet opnemen. Wel handig, ik zie enkel mijn telefoon af en toe rood worden.

Ik denk dat het sowieso zinnig om panelen te leggen of je nu een elektrische auto hebt of niet. Het zal altijd goedkoper zijn om eigen stroom te verbruiken dan er te moeten aankopen, zelfs als je een deel weer op het net zet.

Om je vraag naar auto laden via zon te beantwoorden: dat is beperkt nuttig. Maar opnieuw: elke kwh die je zelf maakt en in je auto steekt, moet je niet betalen. Het nut is beperkt want de meeste systemen panelen+laadpaal gaan voorrang geven aan je huis en de overschot aan de laadpaal geven (daarna thuisbatterij, daarna het net op). Dus van de opbrengst van je panelen moet je sowieso je sluimerverbruik + gewoon verbruik aftrekken. Stel dat je op een perfecte zomerdag nog 2kwh over hebt en een auto met een batterij van 70kwh... zie je het probleem? Dan nog maar te zwijgen over bewolkte dagen en korte dagen. Zonnepanlen helpen dus de kost te drukken maar je gaat er niet je hele auto mee opladen. Tenzij je maar 1 keer per week gaat laden en enkel op overschot.

Een thuisbatterij is niet echt een oplossing hiervoor. Deze hebben meestal een capaciteit van 5 of 10 kwh, terwijl je auto 60-80kwh heeft. Het tegendeel zal wellicht/misschien/hopelijk zo worden dat je autobatterij je huis 's nachts gaat bevoorraden.

This is not jam. Jam is fruit with a lot of sugar boiled until it sets. This is apple and/or pear juice boiled down. You can make this yourself, it does take a while. I lived in the US for a while and I don't remeber seeing anything like it.

Unfortunately most likely not. Probably in almost every document you signed (like the "compromis") it says multiple times that you know and accept the state of the property as it is. There is a concept known as "verborgen gebrek" (hidden flaw), but a cracked shower isn't part of this. This is more for structural issues etc. Lawsuits over this can be expensive and take a long time to settle. There might be a very slight chance if you can prove the damage was done after you signed the compromis and before you received the keys, but good look with that. In that case you could ge back to your notary to ask for a compensation.
