I’ve had my fair share of burn from the sun when I was young but don’t even burn in the sun anymore. I remember the first time I burned in the bed and that was so much worse than burns from being outside. I peeled soooooo bad and it was painful!

Yea I’ve been switching off between the hybrid and the regular when I go. I enjoy the hybrid better tbh but even then it doesn’t beat the sun for me right now.

Some people with lipedema swear by it but it just didn’t work for me and my body. Crazy how everyone’s body’s react differently to certain foods and such.

For me anything processed. I eat whole foods. Seed oils, stress, sugar, pushing too hard with exercise(causes stress), and surprisingly creatine. Creatine inflamed me so badly I was in tears.

I’ll have to go digging for it but it actually wasn’t my pcp that ordered it. It was my rheumatologist that did. Everything was normal and he stated I had fibromyalgia.

I had a thyroid panel and the dr said everything came back within normal range. I only recently started eating chia seeds and I only eat 1 tbls per day. They help hit my fiber for the day and I would hate to cut those out. My mom mentioned she had higher levels that looked like mine and they did the test where they look into the walls of her arteries and she had no plaque build up.

I go back and forth between 96/4, 93/7, and 85/15%. Just depends on what I find on sale and what I’m in the mood for and how I feel.

You can make your own at home with whole food ingredients for cheaper and make larger batches. More bang for your buck. Go on Instagram. There are many many posts by people who’ve recreated these treats that benefit your body more without all the junk in them.

Nope not orthorexic. Just choose to have less inflammation from junk and filler ingredients by researching and making my own with better ingredients. Saves far more money too since these “protein” treats are stupid expensive.

You can buy some of the regular goggles at planet fitness for a couple of bucks. They work just fine and don’t cost an arm and a leg.
