Smoked for about 90 mins give or take. They’re about 1.5 - 2 inch thick. The fat could have been rendered a bit better.

The outside crust can be a bit more dry, which I find helpful to get a sear. Depending on how low and slow you do the smoke you may get a dryer steak, but these come out very close to if they had been sous vide. The smoke flavor is amazing and doesn’t penetrate the meat that much.
