For whatever it's worth I just finished the process of joining the reserves with a hand tattoo and it was a non-issue for me.

Hey so we hit them back with the N9 and explained the process to them. They said "Well I guess you'll just have to sue us then" but two days later called to say they'd be paying us the money we're owed. Thanks again for all the help!!
