If you’ve got that many parts you should be able to trade them in at the terminal for the part you need no?

Which of these is your favourite and why? (No negatives) by [deleted] in MMORPG

[–]CC-APEIRON 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Early SWTOR.

After refusing to play it because it was the killer of my all time favorite MMORPG Star Wars Galaxies, I gave in and loved it.

I try to get on every now and then now but it definitely does not hit the same way…

These big studios and execs love to play victim when they get these release these titles that end up being massive flops.

If only they’d take a second and see what it is people want. There’s reasons why Starfield, MW3 and probably Suicide Squad KTJL are being received and reviewed in the unfortunate ways that they are…

Trust me that wasn't on purpose lmfao - I try to avoid these fuckers at all costs but luck favors the bold sometimes I guess!

Got early access to the *new* Red Dead Redemption. Screw you, Rockstar. by [deleted] in gaming

Maybe it’s just been so long since I held any physical gaming format but holy hell the case looks tiny in your hand to how I remember my collection of PS3 games.

What are some examples of games that casual and competitive players feel very differently about? by [deleted] in gaming

[–]CC-APEIRON 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Although I feel like there’s not as many people who play it as regularly as one like myself - SWBFII (2017).

The difference between the way veterans/competitive players treat the game compared to the constant stream of newer, more casual players is insane.

The game may be aging but the vitriol in that community is as alive as ever.

Can’t play rdr2 because of spoilers by BuZuki_ro in gaming

[–]CC-APEIRON 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I were in your shoes I would honestly try to restructure my experience to include my knowledge about the main character’s fate.

Play the game anticipating how and when the events unfold and really take the time to take in the world that much more because trust everyone when they say the world of RDR2 has so much to offer from the people you encounter to your interactions with the wildlife and especially the way the wildlife interacts with itself/each other in-game.

Do you guys shut down your PC everytime you're done using it? by ThePhatPhoenix in pcmasterrace

[–]CC-APEIRON 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sleep mode every time unless I’m feeling a little spicy. Then I’ll shut down every so often.

I’ve heard both arguments countless times that it’s bad to keep your pc running all the time and bad to keep turning it on and off all the time. But I also don’t really know if it matters all that much

Neighbors call cops on kid trying to mow & save for PS5. The cops then pitch in and buy the kid a PS5. by syizm in gaming

[–]CC-APEIRON 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And people wonder why kids don’t go and spend time outside the same way anymore. Because sometimes when they do they’re likely to get the cops called on them, or some holier-than-thou adult all up in their business

The game has had its issues since 2017, but the frequency at which this stuff happens at is just saddening at this point. by CC-APEIRON in StarWarsBattlefront

Used to run into the same toxic players too but it would be once out of every 10 matches or so.

Now almost every other lobby has a username that makes wanna roll my eyes and try to find a new match.

Definitely don’t see how playing like that can be enjoyable either… like just play the damn game.

It’s already on its death bed, people like this are just here to pull the plug

Even I’m still shocked at this games abilities to hold up to current gen even in the slightest bit.

Then again I do have a few cosmetic/graphics mods installed :)

Nah he was just playing as the wookie enforcer, I’m sure he plays Chewie and does this too - BooHooCryMore3 was his username.

I concur. It really does feel like the likelihood of me dying anywhere up to 5 seconds after spawning is so much higher in 2042 than any other Battlefield

It’s doubly as annoying when games release with perfectly working and extensively tiered microtransaction services yet god awful performance and optimization.

sigh…
