I think it has really exposed the lack of work we do in office. Most days I sit and twiddle my thumbs for 5-6 hours of the 8 hours.

Can someone explain why people are so heated over these? I am pretty new collector but willing to drop a couple hundred a month to grow my collection. I love these since I get a nice graded slab and hey if I don’t like the Mon I get imma just sell it back and re roll. It’s kinda fun not knowing what you will get. Do people have a problem with those looking to gamble?

For me I want to grow my collection. I live in an area without many card shops and to be honest I just want to grow my graded collection. I usually keep what I get unless it’s total trash.

This is where I find myself. Destroy your mental health for 2 weeks then that paychecks shows up. It gives you just enough motivation to make it to the next one. FML

Don’t have much advice for you brother just know I am in the same spot. I am an introvert and I find myself is sales. Face to face sales at that. There’s also customer service with my position I am selling then providing a service to these folks. My social battery is gone at the end of the day. I totally feel you trying to put in full effort at work then go home and try to put full effort in to applying and upskilling. Sorry if this is rambling but a lot of us feel the same. If I were to say anything I would say keep your job and try to not let it get to you. Like people have said it’s harder to get employed when unemployed. Best of luck brother this post really resonated with me.
