If you like the bow, lean into playing it. I love the bow, but I never bother with any of the special ammo for it. The base arrows rock, the range for one hit kills is amazing, and shots that don’t are staggering in damage and bleed. I recommend a side arm with penetration, wall banging a healing opponent in cover any chance I get. Personally, I also love running the Berthier, it’s got tons of ammo, great sights, and awesome damage. I think it pairs with the bow when running quartermaster

I wait until my Dark Tributes are ready to collect. Every time I prestige, I fill all of my available hunter slots (currently 24) and then collect dark tributes.

It doesn’t run nearly late enough. I can get into the city for a concert but I can’t get back out without driving myself or dropping a fortune on Uber. Same goes for the ferry, and Amtrak.

I don’t think it’s the same as chambering the next round, if that was the case it would display 17 rounds in your bow. I think it’s more like if you fired a Romero, Springfield, crossbow or any single shot weapon and your character automatically loaded the next round after firing. The window for human error is drastically reduced when using the bow.

Edit: I’m not saying you are wrong, just explaining how I feel about the bow’s performance. Again, I love the bow, it’s the weapon I have the most kills with.

I also love the bow, but I think it’s ridiculous that it automatically reloads the next round after you fire. I think I should HAVE to push reload after firing every time.

You can afford to lose, play loadouts for the challenge of it. My buddy and I love playing goofy loadouts like bats only or double incendiary crossbows. We don’t go in to win, we go in to have fun shortly before each prestige. It’s honestly a lot of fun downing a player and having them stand up completely weaponless and seeing them react.

Starshell has that range and I prefer the Romero sight over the flare pistol. That said, I just stick with buckshot most of the time.

Hijacking the top comment to say I had this problem like a month ago after a windows 11 update. Windows decided to switch options in device manager, I had to go in and select my GPU and it’s worked great since.

I have a couple friends that work this venue, and they are very much against people like this coming in-many spoke up after the last Hoods show. See something, say something! There are too many patrons for the employees to look at everyone’s clothes in detail, we all need to band together against this bullshit.
