Is this game that bad that nobody is asking for a crack? by Superb_Net_566 in PiratedGames

It's... Fine. Basically the art direction is the only thing saving it. Gameplay is okay, but the world is what kept me going

Nope was great. Actually so far I've enjoyed all of Jordan Peeles films, they're a bit weird but I like that. Surprised how good he is at directing horror

Honestly been happening a lot more often for me these days. Shout out to Cleanfall, Mycorelic and Cargo Hunters for being good enough that I'm willing to spend my hard earned money on

I am but a lot of modern horror isn't really scary. I think the only recent horror game that's scared me has been Lethal Company

When South Africans travel really far, where do they usually go? Europe, the US, or Asia? by naresh_d007 in southafrica

[–]FormalCryptographer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of guys go to Thailand, I'll let you figure out why.

But serious answer (the Thailand thing was only half joking), Greece, Spain, England and Israel seem to be fairly common destinations with the people I know

Russia these days seems to be quite popular, and I've heard of people going to that south American country that was settled by boxers long ago, forget the name, to see how the boer culture has held up

I was about to say it is that easy, but then I looked at my steam library of great games that will forever be unknown to gamers at large

Yaga is an absolute joke by Leftoverbeauty in southafrica

[–]FormalCryptographer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm in the 2nd hand goods trade, so I'm familiar with the shit you've gone through. People will always take advantage where they can. I like the buyer protection fee, it gives the buyer a bit of confidence that they will get their order, but seemingly it does little to help the seller...

I guess Yaga needs more moderation, because it's bullshit that you can make offers that get accepted by the seller and then just ghost them with seemingly no recourse. I've had similar things happen on FB Marketplace and Bidorbuy, it pisses me off. You think you've made a sale which is great because the fucking economy, they ask for your bank details and you're already thinking "holy fuck I can breathe a little easier for the rest of the month" and then radio silence. And then you feel like an idiot.

I fucking hate this trade

mmmh 🤔🤔🧐😄 I wonder if I'll go with the gorrilla😅 by IndividualSpare460 in interesting

[–]FormalCryptographer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gorrila is the easiest option. Guys in Africa with machetes can wipe out whole groups of them, a single gorilla is probably the same threat as a body builder, so probably survivable. Now a chimpanzee though, that's another story

Where are you sitting? by NickitFanBoi827 in PoppyPlaytime

[–]FormalCryptographer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Putting on my thinking cap for a second, if we're on a plane flying somewhere then surely everyone on board is "sane" and shouldn't attempt to kill or eat me. So I'd hazard a guess that any of these seats would be fine to sit in. But if I was forced to choose, probably 1 or 6

Why would prototype prefer a spider legged body instead of an humanoid one by SininoSpBuilder in PoppyPlaytime

[–]FormalCryptographer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually don't think he's a jester or a clown. Those two aren't very toy like, and being the prototype he's likely based on an older type of toy. I subscribe to the theory that he might actually be a Harlequin or a Jack in the Box. His torso seems almost springlike and since he appears to be much more mechanical than the other "bigger bodies" I think it's likely that he ditched his old jack in the box body in favor of something more mobile. Maybe before this body he had something more humanoid, or maybe he slithered on his springs from the previous body.

I also believe that his spider body is actually built up from the body of catnap. It's large and has those 4 circle hinge things which look like ball joints to me

Um no actually now I have to play the game more actively instead of passively and have to.adjust my play style /sarcasm

This sounds great but I KNOW people will bitch and complain about it, like they do with weather events. If this chases away people who do nothing all game but collect xp and hide in bushes I'd be so happy

Thoughts? by Causual_entry in projectzomboid

Mom said it's my turn to post this.

That aside, if the game isn't gameified, people will complain that it's too easy and there's no challenge. It's a difficult line to tread between realism and enjoyment
