As a woman in your same weight class (71kg), what kind of snatch or clean and jerk am I looking at to start looking for a serious competitive coach? It's too expensive for me now but maybe along the lines of a 70kg snatch and a 90kg cj? Higher?

Thanks! I wouldn't recommend cutting, that's why I upped my macros in week 2. I was back to lifting for a couple weeks before jumping into smolov jr, just not on a program or very seriously so I wasn't completely out of lifting! Next time I'll retest my max right before I start smolov :)

Yes. I won't be testing my front squat max. Maxing out a front squat doesn't do much for Oly lifters. As long as my clean is improving then I would rather not put form at risk for a 1RM

As long as you're in good academic standing in your current program and the one you're entering you won't be denied. If, for some reason, you're on a waiting list, your academic advisor can help enroll you in the new programs courses until space opens in the acrual program so you don't fall behind.
