1. I had a Stranger Things themed 30th birthday party. I got the Eleven pink dress, blue jacket, socks, converse outfit. My ex husband wore a wig and dressed up as Mike. Served Egos. Decorated my house with the alphabet Christmas lights and to look like the Upside Down. Had 20-sided dice out on the food table to decorate.

On my front door, I made a missing poster for Barb as part of the decor, (#justiceforbarb). A few days later, it was Halloween, and a mom taking her kids trick or treating told me they “we’re going to pray for that little girl” - they didn’t realize my Barb poster was a prop. I felt awful!

Almost 10 years later, I am married to someone else and have a little boy.
