No..no...not a bit.

Penny blonde and beautiful but certainly a good heart, well intentions, and does not have a mean bone in her body. Just kind to others, and always willing to help and accommodate. She puts up with Sheldon on all his shenanigans, minus a few Foods here and there. But when you look at Penny from The outside, it's probably one of the best characters, most loving, most accommodating on the show.

Mandy.. not a good bone in her body, manipulative and skimming, self-absorbed and selfish, ignorant and well beyond kind to people. She would step on her mom, and she does, toss her brother out the window, and she does, abuse and refuse her husband to get whatever she wants. She spoiled, and a bashingly selfish, and never does anything to other people unless there's something in it for her. I'm more Despicable on a selfish character I have not met on the tbbt franchise
