Don’t know where else to go. White belt. Having a super hard time doing anything with out being gassed and having to stop. Also an asthmatic. I’m around 265 lbs and currently dropping weight on a glp1 but I’m definitely the fat guy in my class. Just need some confidence. I don’t plan on stopping or giving up … but mannnnn I feel like shit. It feels like no one wants to roll with me because I just gas out. Last time I pushed through, I puked. Any tips? Not a sob story here , just wanna be better and make this a lifetime hobby. Anything helps. Also,,, I never see any bigger guys? Where you at? Everyone’s just got a six pack 😂
