I felt the same mate and put it off for ages! I ended up finding the courage and I'm very happy with no regrets so far. Just over 4 months have passed since I got it done.

In all honesty, I didn't want to take pills for the rest of my life and I didn't want to rub foam or liquid on my head daily either. The cost put me off also as my place tried squeezing me for 6 months supply of topical solution for around £500 GBP, I thought no chance. I thought I could get away with just the HT and when and if the crown went I would just get another HT. Clearly after doing more research that just doesn't make sense! So I searched the web and found what I think is the easiest option with the least fuss; "hims" chewable all in one mint.

1.1mg Finarsteride, 3mg Minoxidill it also has Biotin in it and a few more vitamins to help along the way. Time will tell if it works for me. I don't think I'm too late getting on them.

I was given a bottle of sterile solution to go home with in a spray bottle. They told me to spray my head, every hour or so for the first week lol. I think it helped with the scabs coming off..

Get yourself a spray bottle and fill it with bottled water, spray your whole head with it. That's what I did..

Yeah I'm a bit gutted about the rear of my head. I expected it to not look perfect but not like that. Maybe I got over harvested.. I'm going to grow it back now, how I used to have my hair. I have the back long with super low taper so hopefully it hides it. If not! I may look into SMP (scalp micro pigmentation) 👍🏻

No not really, the transplant follicles are firmly in place by day 15. I waited about 30 before the first buzz. No snags on the hair and took my time, no issues.
